Where do you ship from?

It depends, we ship domestically for products we have on ground and internationally with some of our supplier partners.


When will I receive my product?

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 10–30 business days. US orders are shipped via US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 8-20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.


Do you hand deliver?

Not now but our team is working on making that possible.


Which days do you deliver?

Our products will deliver Monday-Friday, and Saturdays if your local postal offices permit.


Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Yes, if you're not happy with your oder and return within 30 days, we will happily process refund. If your package was damaged during delivery due to an issue during shipping with the post office - please email us proper documentation that it arrived at the post office damaged (photos of the brown shipping box with the label attached to it, the clear display gift box and the rose bear) - and we work with you make this right.


DISCLAIMER FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Once the package is dropped off at the post office - it is completely out of our control and it becomes federal property as USPS or your local postal office transports your package and it goes through customs to arrive in your country.
